Who we are
CROSS ADVOKATER is a collaboration of several law firms sharing experience and know-how in a joint office. Operations are carried out by way of these respective law firms which have offices in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. The assignments are carried out in the respective law firms which form CROSS. Our lawyers have substantial experience in different areas of the law. Therefore, we are in pole position to act as a full service agency and offer assistance for all our clients’ private or commercial affairs. In addition, our clients include business organisations (in areas of employment matters). We often act as in-house counsel for our clients serving as not only a legal resource but also with strategy support.

We continually teach at a number of educational institutions and organisations including Stockholm University, Södertörn University, Företagsuniversitetet, IHM and Påhlman’s Business Institute. COSTS
OUR CHARGES
Our fees are charged according to principles that are consistent with our Bar Association regulations. These principles are generally based on a variety of factors, such as time spent on an assignment, the complexity of the work, the expertise, skill, experience and resources required to complete the tasks, the monetary value of the assignment, potential risks, time constraints and the results achieved.
